The Abasha is the organisation that has been formed by the mostly the unemployed youth of Inanda Newtown after they realised that they had to do something for themselves, as they spend most of their time idling, sexual behaviour and some opted to usage of drugs and alcohol. In addition, the Abasha members were encouraged to form themselves into an organisation after the film screening seminar organised by the Centre for Civil Society.
Thereafter, the Abasha requested assistance from the CCS to help them to facilitate and stationary for their workshop that they organised.
