Khadija Sharife is an Africa-focused writer and researcher based in South Africa currently pursuing a masters in law (int. business and banking). Her work has appeared in publications including African Banker, African Business, The Economist, Africa Confidential, Forbes, Le Monde Diplomatique, Foreign Policy, and the BBC amongst others. She is the Southern Africa correspondent for The Africa Report magazine, and has authored/co-authored previous and forthcoming books and reports such as Aid to Africa (Pambazuka), Tax Us If You Can (TJN), and To Cook a Continent (Pambazuka), amongst others. She has been invited to present at various platforms including The Economist (Zimbabwe Summit), Africa Tax Administration Forum, Thompson Reuters Foundation, Rosa Luxembourg etc as well as radio stations such as BBC, SABC etc.
