Daniel Byamungu Dunia is the Secretary General of Africa solidarity network(ASONET ) ASONET: is a campaign promoting social cohesion with the aim of ending xenophobia and xenophobic attacks in South Africa by holding community dialogues to facilitate discussion between South Africans and foreign nationals and to promote social cohesion. It is also actively involved in various challenges faced by foreign African nationals in South Africa. These include issues of documentation, health, housing, opportunities and challenges for entrepreneurship. Daniel Byamungu Dunia an Organisational Development consultant, a community activist and and Leadership consultant. He is passionate about working with people in a way that recognises and works with their current reality in order to amplify their voices, build the social fabric, and create engaged and activated citizens.
